Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Firearms to support Counter Sales and Customer Service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, and advise on products while ensuring compliance with 4473 forms and store policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining the gun counter, stocking shelves, and participating in ongoing product knowledge training to stay updated on promotions and pricing.

Formación

• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition.
• Understanding of ATF and state regulations.
• Customer service and firearms sales experience.
• GCA awareness and compliance.
• Ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed accurately.
• Maintain firearm counter and floor merchandising; stay product knowledgeable.
