Bass Pro Shops in Dania, FL is seeking a Firearms Department Team Lead who will guide associates in daily operations, firearm safety, merchandising, and customer service. You’ll help manage inventory, pricing, and compliance with ATF and state laws while delivering a legendary shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years in retail sales; supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to lead and train staff and maintain standards.
• Knowledge of firearm safety and compliance with ATF/state laws.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily department activities and guide associates.
• Ensure firearm safety, compliance, and customer experience standards.
• Manage merchandising, pricing, and plan-o-grams as directed.
