Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Charlotte, NC seeks a Team Leader to direct the firearms department, guide associates, and uphold safety and compliance standards. You will oversee merchandising, inventory, pricing, and customer service to create a premier shopping experience.

You will work with the GSM/DM to meet departmental sales, gross margin, and payroll goals, coach staff, and build a service-driven team. A high school diploma and 2–4 years retail supervision are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in retail sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily department activities for associates.
• Lead merchandising, pricing, and planograms as directed.
• Ensure compliance with ATF, state and local laws and company policies.
• Work with GSM/DM to achieve sales, gross margin and payroll goals.
• Staff the department, interview candidates, and coordinate training.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues promptly.
