Bass Pro Outdoor World in Lehi, UT is seeking a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing and customer service. You will ensure safety compliance and drive department goals in sales and payroll while maintaining planograms and pricing as set by Corporate.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, interviewing, scheduling, and coordinating events; delivering exceptional customer experiences and product knowledge to the team and customers alike.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisor experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct department associates in merchandising and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with ATF, state and local laws and company policies.
• Support department goals in sales, margins and payroll.
• Maintain plan-o-grams and pricing; run daily task lists.
• Provide legendary customer service and staff training.
• Coordinate product demos and events within the department.
• Assist in interviewing and staff scheduling.
