Bass Pro Shops in East Peoria, IL seeks a Team Leader to direct department associates in merchandising, stocking, pricing and customer service. You will guide staff, ensure firearm safety and compliance, and help meet departmental sales and payroll goals while maintaining excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, scheduling, coaching, and conducting product demos to keep pricing and UPC integrity. A strong focus on service and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years in retail sales.
• Supervisor experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead department associates in merchandising and customer service.
• Ensure firearm safety and compliance with ATF regulations.
• Work toward department sales, gross margin, and payroll goals.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance feedback.
• Perform product demonstrations and maintain pricing integrity.
