Johnson Controls is seeking a Sprinkler Construction Sales Representative to promote and sell new fire sprinkler installations, system modifications, and retrofit solutions for existing facilities within an assigned territory. You will support customers and end users and build strong relationships with general contractors and facilities owners.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a multi-faceted workload.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, property managers, and facility owners by scheduling sales calls and following up on leads.
• Identify needs for moves, adds, and changes to sprinkler systems and develop solutions.
• Assess customer requirements and align Johnson Controls capabilities to goals.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed goals.
• Review project documents and apply NFPA 13 standards and local codes.
• Estimate small projects (time and materials) as needed.
• Develop new business relationships and grow the Sprinkler Service business.
