Job summary

You will build relationships with general contractors, property managers, and facility owners, schedule calls, follow up on leads, and execute approved marketing strategies. A strong pipeline and knowledge of NFPA 13 are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new fire sprinkler installations, system modifications, and retrofit solutions for facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, property managers, and facility owners by scheduling calls and following up on leads.
• Identify needs for moves, adds, and changes to existing sprinkler systems with assigned service customers.
• Develop a strong pipeline to meet and exceed sales plan objectives.
• Review project documents and apply NFPA 13 standards and local codes.
