Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of fire alarms/security sales experience, blueprints literacy, and strong closing skills. A NICET II certification must be obtained within the first year; a robust benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience with fire alarms, security control, and monitoring or similar industry.
• Excellent sales, presentation, and closing techniques.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
• PC proficiency including Word and Excel; familiarity with job costing systems.
• NICET II certification must be obtained within the first 12 months of employment.
• Experience reading blueprints and wiring diagrams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sell Electronic Services (Moves, Adds and changes) to assigned customers within territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle from uncovering opportunity to closing and ongoing service delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, design engineering, service and management to meet customer needs.
• Develop sales strategy, proposals, and presentations; track forecasts and backlog.
• Maintain accounts and build relationships to drive additional sales and repeat business.
