Houston Fire & Security is seeking a Fire Protection Sales Representative to drive service and product sales across fire alarm and sprinkler solutions. The role emphasizes prospecting, estimating, and closing deals with a strong focus on customer relationships and compliance opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of service-sales experience in a fire protection environment, with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales experience in a competitive environment.
• Fire Protection industry experience preferred.
• Experience selling portable fire extinguishers is a plus.
• Documented track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for services and products with technicians and admin support.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives and grow revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and close deals, converting accounts from competition.
• Collaborate with technicians to train on compliance opportunities and lead generation.
• Maintain relationships with customers and upsell additional services.
• Target new and existing accounts via phone outreach and warm calls.
• Create growth through strategic accounts and expanded services.
• Maintain CRM logs and internal service records to drive penetration.
• Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Attend trade shows and customer meetings as directed.
