Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Fire Service Account Executive in Carrollton, TX to prospect, build relationships, and secure service sales opportunities. You will join a dynamic sales team and help grow our CSP offerings.

You’ll identify decision makers, develop pipeline, and craft winning proposals to close deals. The role requires a hunter mentality, consultative selling, and the ability to navigate complex B2B cycles while collaborating with service teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B full-cycle sales experience.
• Proven hunter mentality with ability to generate opportunities.
• Experience building and presenting proposals to executives.

Responsibilities

• Generate new CSPs through acquisition of new accounts and growth of existing ones.
• Sell CSPs to new and existing customers, renew and upsell service offerings.
• Develop pipeline by engaging with decision makers and building a business case.
• Present proposals and negotiate to close deals in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with service and product SMEs to craft winning solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with current accounts to meet revenue targets.
