Johnson Controls is seeking a Fire Service Sales Support Specialist to back our recurring service business. You will partner with PSRs, CCRs, Operations, Billing, and Legal to manage service agreements, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.

The role emphasizes timely processing, customer satisfaction, and effective collaboration across departments to protect lives and property while driving recurring revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, service agreement administration, or operations support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support customer communications, account maintenance, and service agreement administration. Assist with service agreement renewals, amendments, and customer requests.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Fire Service sales organization; support customer retention and timely follow-up on inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in Salesforce; assist with opportunity creation, updates, and pipeline management.
• Coordinate internal approvals and required documentation to support timely bookings; assist with onboarding and setup of accounts.
• Coordinate with Operations, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Legal, and centralized support teams to resolve account, billing, and processing issues.
