You will work with Preventive Sales Representatives, Customer Care Representatives, and cross-functional teams to administer service agreements, maintain data accuracy, and resolve customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, or operations support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support customer communications, account maintenance, and service agreement administration.
• Assist with service agreement renewals, amendments, and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data, support opportunity management, and generate dashboards.
