Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Fire Service Sales Support Specialist in Seattle, WA to back the recurring service business. This office-based role partners with PSRs, CCRs, Operations, Billing, and Legal to ensure accurate service agreements and data quality.

You will manage administrative tasks, renewals, amendments, and customer requests, while maintaining Salesforce records and generating performance reports to support cross-functional teams and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three years in sales support, customer service, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support service agreement administration and customer communications.
• Assist with renewals, amendments, and customer requests.
• Provide administrative support to the Fire Service sales organization.
