Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with customer-facing service and problem solving.
• PC skills including Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
• Hands-on experience with fire suppression systems is preferred; training available.
• Valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair portable fire extinguishers and suppression systems at customer sites.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specs, and manuals.
• Install equipment from multiple manufacturers, including Simplex and ANSUL.
• Manage daily service calls and customer activity.
• Perform inspections of suppression gas systems and clean agent systems.
• Use field tools and mobile devices to document work and service history.
• Provide timely, professional customer support and answer questions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service.
