Job summary

Wayman Fire Protection in Delaware is seeking a Service Coordinator to support field technicians and manage customer communications, contracts, billing, scheduling and documentation.

This in-person role collaborates with the Department Manager to keep workflows organized, respond promptly to service requests, maintain files, and ensure the highest level of customer service for our clients.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Life Safety industry experience.
• 2–5 years of Customer Service experience.
• 2–5 years in an administrative role supporting multiple people.
• High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Be the first point of contact for Inspections customers.
• Act as liaison between Inspections customers and other Departments to ensure requests are met (Sales, etc.).
• Perform data collection, analysis and report to Manager for decision making.
• Assist in coordinating and organizing departmental events.
• Respond to work requests from department staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in maintaining departmental materials and files.
• Coordinate and set up on-call/holiday/vacation schedules for technicians.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Provide support to Wayman employees and Managers as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and regulations.
