Job summary

Encore Fire Protection is seeking a Service Coordinator in Parsippany, NJ to manage service schedules, coordinate up to ten technicians, and improve daily productivity. You’ll ensure timely service delivery, maintain compliance with time policies, and support a seamless experience for customers and field staff.

You’ll leverage customer service skills, learn the ServiceTrade platform, and collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years of experience in customer service, coordination, or facility services preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technology; training provided for ServiceTrade.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service schedule for a geographic region, coordinating up to 10 technicians.
• Optimize daily productivity by scheduling work based on technician skills and route efficiency.
• Hold technicians accountable for time and attendance per policies and schedule.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to drive efficiency and enhance customer experience.
• Apply strong customer service skills to handle client interactions and resolve issues.
