Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC in Mobile, Alabama, is seeking a Service Sales Representative to drive growth in fire protection services. You will call on customers, promote our offerings, qualify leads, and build quotes.

This role combines base salary with commissions, with earnings potentially increasing as sales goals are exceeded. Strong knowledge of MS Office and excellent customer service are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of experience.
• 3–5 years of proven end-user B2B outside sales experience; service sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the fire and life safety industry is a plus; ability to close on value.

Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing customers to survey, promote, quote and sell fire protection offerings.
• Qualify potential buyers of service contracts and educate on service offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, forecasts, and expenses.
• Develop sales strategies per account and close sales to goals.
• Coordinate with Service Department for scheduled work after sale.
• Maintain quotes in the Service Trade Software Platform.
