Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Service Sales Representative in Mobile, Alabama. You will engage new and existing customers, promote and quote our fire protection offerings, and build service contracts to meet sales targets.

You'll manage records, forecast sales, and coordinate with the service team to schedule work after sale. A strong MS Office skillset and excellent communication are essential. High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with at least 2 years of proven work experience.
• Typically 3–5 years of successful end-user B2B outside sales experience; service sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the fire and life safety industry is a plus, with ability to close sales based on value.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing customers to survey, promote, quote, and sell fire protection products and services.
• Qualify potential buyers of service contracts and educate customers on offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls and activities; submit forecasts and expenses.
• Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy for each account.
• Close sales to meet assigned goals and coordinate with Service Department for scheduling.
