Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Service Sales Representative to call on customers, promote, quote, and sell our full fire protection offerings. This role emphasizes outside B2B sales and building lasting customer relationships in a safety-focused industry.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of proven work experience, and strong MS Office skills. Competitive base plus commissions are offered with substantial upside for achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of successful outside B2B sales experience in service sales is a plus.
• Experience in fire and life safety industry is preferred; ability to close on value.

Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing customers to survey, promote, quote, and sell fire protection products and services.
• Qualify potential buyers of service contracts by scheduling calls and educating on offerings.
• Maintain records of sales calls and activities; submit forecasts and expenses timely.
• Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy for each account.
• Close sales to meet assigned goals and manage quotes in the Service Trade Software Platform.
• Coordinate with the Service Department for scheduling work after sale.
