gpac is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a well-established fire protection contractor in Cincinnati, OH. This leadership role focuses on overseeing daily operations, supporting field teams, and driving process improvements to fuel growth.

The ideal candidate brings NICET Level II+ certification and 5–10+ years in fire protection, with hands-on leadership and strong communication skills. Relocation to Cincinnati is encouraged for the right candidate.

Competenze

• NICET Level II or higher is required.
• 5–10+ years of fire protection industry experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, or operations experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of fire protection field operations; sales or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day fire protection operations and field activities.
• Develop, coach, and lead field technicians and operations staff.
• Assist with rebuilding the fire extinguisher division.
• Coordinate manpower, scheduling, and project priorities to meet deadlines.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges for continuous improvement.
• Support estimating, sales, and business development when needed.
• Maintain clear communication between field personnel, customers, and leadership.
• Contribute to commercial and residential fire protection projects.
