Elevated Facility Services in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support branch operations. You will handle administrative tasks, customer service, sales support, and dispatch coordination, collaborating with Service Managers, Technicians, and other staff to ensure outstanding service.

Under limited supervision, you will maintain client accounts, process bookings for maintenance, repair, and modernization projects, convert non-maintenance customers to maintenance

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, provide timely assistance, and dispatch service personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer account information, including billing updates and invoicing support.
• Process and manage contract bookings for maintenance, repair, and modernization projects.
• Promote and convert non-maintenance customers to maintenance contracts.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services and coordinate technician dispatch.
• Coordinate and dispatch service personnel to customer locations and schedule inspections.
