Responsibilities

• Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls from on-site technicians performing inspections and repairs for national accounts.
• Customer Support & Updates: Respond to inquiries from customers and facilities management, provide timely updates on service requests and ETAs.
• Dispatcher Logistics: Dispatch technicians to locations for urgent repairs, system assessments, and preventive maintenance work orders.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain professional relationships with technicians, customers, and internal teams.
• Special Projects: Support and contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.
