Job summary

The Hiller Companies is seeking a Service Sales Representative to expand our fire protection solutions portfolio in the Amesbury, MA area. You will engage with customers, assess needs, and drive sales of services and products aimed at improving safety and reliability.

You will build quotes, coordinate with the service team, and maintain detailed records while pursuing regional sales targets. A strong background in outside B2B sales and knowledge of fire industry standards are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of proven work experience.
• 3–5 years of successful end-user B2B outside sales experience; service sales preferred.
• Experience in fire and life safety industry is a plus for service sales.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and able to learn local fire codes.

Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing customers to survey, promote, quote, and sell fire protection products, systems, and services.
• Qualify potential buyers of service contracts by scheduling sales calls and educating customers.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales calls and related activities.
• Submit all sales reports, forecasts, and expenses promptly.
