Job summary

HCI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Sales Account Manager in Fresno, CA to grow our fire life safety offerings. You will partner with existing customers and secure new business for low voltage, fire safety, and related services.

The role emphasizes upselling service agreements, coordinating with contractors, and driving growth through technical knowledge and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in sales, business development, or consulting within fire life safety industries.
• Experience selling service agreements to various levels within customer organizations.
• Proficiency with fire life safety systems and equipment.
• Understanding of life safety inspection codes (IFC, IBC, NFPA, CMS).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Regular, reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop customer relationships, upsell and expand service lines.
• Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet objectives.
• Identify and propose low voltage system upgrade opportunities.
• Sell fire alarm and sprinkler inspections (annual and 5-year).
• Generate proposals for repairs and service work.
• Collaborate with contractors and property managers to deliver services.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct seminars and demos to generate leads.
• Participate in trade shows and events to raise sales and company profile.
• Meet sales targets within schedule.
