Control Systems, Inc. is seeking a Service Sales Account Manager to expand relationships with existing customers and develop new ones in low voltage, fire, and life safety offerings.

You will partner with the service team to ensure satisfaction and drive profitable growth across multiple product lines. Ideal candidates bring proven service-sales experience, familiarity with fire and life safety systems, and knowledge of applicable codes.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling service agreements within customer organizations.
• Proficiency with fire and life safety systems and equipment.
• Knowledge of building life safety codes and standards (IFC, IBC, NFPA, CMS).
• Minimum 2 years in sales, business development, or consulting for related industries.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop customer relationships, upsell, and present multi-line service proposals.
• Identify customer needs and craft strategies to meet objectives.
• Conduct seminars and demonstrations to generate leads.
• Participate in trade shows and events to boost sales and brand image.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
