Job summary

Control Systems, Inc. is hiring for a Service Sales Account Manager to join our fast-growing team in the fire and security systems integration field.

You will partner with existing customers and build new relationships to provide low voltage, fire, life safety products, and services. The role focuses on upselling, developing multi-line service offerings, and presenting pricing proposals that reflect our commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in selling service agreements to various levels within customer organizations.
• Proficiency in common fire and life safety systems and equipment.
• Understanding of building life safety inspection codes and standards (IFC, IBC, NFPA, CMS, etc.).
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting within related industries such as commercial fire alarms, sprinklers, or life safety.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing customer relationships, including upselling and multi-line services.
• Identifying customer needs and developing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Conducting seminars and demonstrations to identify and generate leads.
• Participating in trade shows and events to increase sales and enhance the company’s image.
• Working closely with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
