Control Systems, Inc. is seeking Service Sales Account Managers to join our fast-growing team in Florida. You will partner with existing customers and build new relationships to provide low voltage, fire, life safety products and services.

You will prospect, upsell, and negotiate pricing while identifying customer needs and developing strategies to meet business objectives. Weekly paydays and a comprehensive benefits package accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Proven success selling service agreements to multiple levels within customer organizations.
• Proficiency in fire and life safety systems and equipment.
• Understanding of life safety codes and standards (IFC, IBC, NFPA, CMS).
• 2+ years in sales, business development, or related roles in commercial building/construction industries.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop customer relationships, upsell services and negotiate pricing proposals.
• Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet objectives.
• Conduct seminars and demos to generate leads from prospective customers.
• Participate in trade shows and product demonstrations to increase sales and company visibility.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
