Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate or diploma in Fire & Life Safety, Electrical/Electronic, or Security.
• PMP certification within 2 years of employment.
• NICET Level II must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; able to create macros.
• Available for frequent local travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex fire alarm, security, and communications installation projects.
• Set up local project offices, define scope, assess risk, and manage methodology.
• Manage schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Present project updates to management and customers; ensure on-time, in-scope closure.
