Job summary

Lead installations across diverse facilities, manage scope, schedule, and budget while ensuring safety and quality. Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; related certifications preferred.
• Certification in Fire Alarm Systems is a plus.
• NICET Level II must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel; familiarity with Project helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex fire alarm, security, and communications installation projects in commercial, educational, healthcare, industrial, and military facilities.
• Set up local project offices, define scope, assess risks, plan methodology, allocate resources and manage schedules, costs, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate permits, material delivery, and labor schedules; ensure projects close on time and in scope.
