Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Fire Protection, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fire projects from initiation to closeout, controlling scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate execution with customers, subcontractors, internal departments, and sales partners.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, change orders, and margin opportunities.
• Conduct progress meetings and report status and action items to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety standards, and customer specs.
• Manage procurement and delivery of equipment and materials for installation.
• Support documentation, invoicing, and project closeout activities.
• Build positive customer relationships and serve as a trusted contact throughout the lifecycle.
