The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction or life safety, plus proficiency with MS Office. Local travel and a company vehicle are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction, fire alarm, security, or life safety.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to read project plans and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Fire projects from initiation through closeout, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, internal teams, and sales partners.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, costs, forecasts, and margins.
• Ensure safety compliance and timely project closeout documentation.
