Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage technician schedules to ensure full-day work allocation.
• Use routing tools to optimise drive time and productivity.
• Communicate scheduling changes promptly to customers.
• Minimize missed appointments with load balancing and oversight.
• Assign additional work in real time as capacity allows.
• Ensure documentation and clock events are completed for each job.
