Thompson Safety in Tampa, FL is seeking a high-energy Fire Sales Specialist to drive new business in a protected territory. You will generate opportunities through cold-calling and prospecting, presenting our value proposition to potential customers.

You will manage the sales cycle from proposal to close, document activities in CRM, support marketing programs, and transition won deals to service technicians. The role offers base pay, commissions, stipends, and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in outside sales, blue collar and/or industrial sales environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability pass a drug and background check.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through phone blocking, cold calling and following up on leads from various lead generation tools.
• Lead the sales process from initial proposal generation through closing the sale and transitioning the work to the service technicians.
• Utilize CRM technology to document activity and track results.
• Assist in marketing programs/initiatives to build brand awareness.
