Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience in restoration or construction preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Certifications (FSRT/OCT) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves work orders and ensures equipment is loaded for each job.
• Explain processes and next steps to customers using printed materials.
• Complete assigned jobs with quality control and urgency.
• Perform fire/smoke damage repair including water extraction and pack-out of contents.
• Inspects completed jobs and collects customer signatures; requests payments when needed.
• Maintain safety and report equipment issues to supervisor.
