Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH is seeking a Water Restoration Technician in Hoquiam, WA to monitor, inspect and complete restoration tasks across drying, demolition, and recovery activities. You will prepare and review notes, photos, and documents for insurance reimbursement and clearly explain steps to customers in person.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, equipment checks, on-site processes, and ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in restoration or construction preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve work orders and prep equipment for job sites.
• Explain processes to customers and provide next steps with printed materials.
• Complete jobs per company processes with quality control.
• Perform water damage repair including water extraction and light demolition as directed.
