Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH is hiring a Fire Restoration Technician to monitor, inspect, and complete restoration tasks. You will prepare reports with photos and notes to aid insurance reimbursement and explain the process to customers on site.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, driver’s license, and good communication skills. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with potential career growth in a dynamic restoration team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in restoration or construction preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Certifications preferred: FSRT and OCT.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve work orders and ensure equipment and supplies are loaded for the job.
• Explain processes and next steps to customers using printed materials.
• Complete assigned jobs per company processes with quality control and urgency.
• Perform fire/smoke damage repair, water extraction, and light construction as directed.
• Report equipment issues and inspect jobs for customer signatures and payments.
• Maintain daily adjustments to the drying plan based on meter readings.
