ServiceMaster Restore 5399 - Hoquiam is seeking a Water Restoration Technician to monitor, inspect, and complete tasks for drying and demolition on residential and commercial jobs. You will prepare documentation, explain processes to customers, and ensure reimbursement through accurate notes and photos.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in restoration or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and deliver equipment and supplies to job sites.
• Explain restoration processes and next steps to customers in person.
• Complete jobs per company standards with quality control.
• Perform water extraction, packing out contents, and disposal of non-salvageable materials as directed.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are maintained and report issues to supervisor.
• Obtain customer signatures and coordinate payments when required.
• Monitor drying progress and adjust plans based on readings.
• Document work with photos and notes for insurance reimbursement.
