Fire Fighter Sales & Service Company in Warrendale, PA seeks a Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression Project Sale and Development Representative to sell, estimate, and design systems. You will work closely with the Sales and Project Teams to coordinate projects, generate opportunities, and manage cost estimates.

You will collaborate with contractors and engineers, attend project meetings, and drive new business while supporting existing customers with additional products and services.

Qualifications

• College diploma or 10 years work experience.
• 3-5 years sales experience including prospect development, contact scheduling, identifying buying signs, negotiating, and closing the sale.
• Ability to build customer relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Must be self-motivated and success-driven.
• Ability to work as a team player and dedicated to company profitability.
• Superior marketing and written/verbal communication skills (people person).
• Ability to use MS Word, Excel, OneDrive, etc.

Responsibilities

• Sell, estimate, and design Fire Alarm and Fire Suppression systems and collaborate with Sales and Project Teams.
• Generate opportunities and direct sales for low voltage projects and related offerings.
• Coordinate sold projects with contractors for schedules, deliveries, and change orders.
• Attend weekly project meetings and track jobs and costs.
• Work with sales team to sell additional products and services to existing customers.
• Prepare estimates and review materials and labor requirements to ensure margins.
• Support project management by updating tasks in Uptick and FirePro and CRM systems.
• Discuss estimates with clients, vendors, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Confer with engineers, architects, owners, contractors on cost adjustments.
• Conduct presentations and Lunch and Learns to A&E firms.
