Johnson Controls in Tempe, AZ, invites an accomplished sales professional to expand the Fire Alarm portfolio with data center accounts. You will leverage cross-functional partnerships to drive new opportunities, hit regional targets, and provide accurate forecasts for month, quarter, and year.

You will deliver compelling technical presentations, negotiate terms, and establish lasting relationships with end-users, consultants, and contractors, contributing to profitability and market leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience selling Fire Alarm products.
• Experience handling Customer Accounts in Datacenter Industry.
• Strong GTM strategies for Fire Alarm Products for Data Center Customer Accounts.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for the Johnson Controls Fire Alarm range in the assigned region.
• Achieve the allotted AOP / Sales Target assigned for the region.
• Provide accurate forecast for the month, quarter & year.
• Manage & forecast the Sales Pipeline.
• Develop & Deliver sales presentations explaining key technical aspects of JC products to customers, consultants, PMC, channel partners & contractors.
• Negotiate offer and contract terms including legal, finance, payment and other terms and seek approvals as per the organization matrix.
• Establish new and maintain existing relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, architects, etc.
• Research the industry / market for competitive intelligence on an ongoing basis.
