Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in selling Fire Alarm products.
• Experience managing customer accounts in the Datacenter industry.
• Strong GTM strategies for Fire Alarm products in data center accounts.
• Understanding cooling plant and related accessories for datacenter sites.
• Excellent techno-commercial negotiation skills.
• Ability to interface with multiple departments to position a business case.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proactive with minimal guidance and strong networking abilities.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for the Johnson Controls Fire Alarm range in the assigned region to Vertical Customer Accounts.
• Achieve the allotted AOP / Sales Target assigned for the region.
• Provide accurate forecast for the month, quarter & year.
• Manage & forecast the Sales Pipeline.
• Develop & Deliver sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of JC products to customers, consultants, PMC, channel partners & contractors.
• Negotiate offer and contract terms including legal, finance, payment and other terms as per approvals.
• Think independently and critically & suggest improvements for profitability.
• Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, architects, etc.
• Research the industry / market for competitive intelligence to anticipate changes affecting sales.
• Analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities ensuring JC products are presented.
