You will lead regional sales, forecast accurately, and manage a robust sales pipeline while delivering compelling technical presentations to clients and contractors.

The role requires 8+ years in Fire Alarm selling, GTM expertise for Data Center projects, and strong techno‑commercial negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in selling Fire Alarm products.
• Experience with Customer Accounts in Datacenter Industry.
• Understanding GTM strategies for Fire Alarm Products for Data Center Accounts.
• Strong techno-commercial negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence other parts of the organization in pursuing business cases.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for the Fire Alarm range in the assigned region for Vertical Customer Accounts.
• Achieve the regional sales target and provide accurate forecasts.
• Manage and forecast the Sales Pipeline and monthly/quarterly/yearly outlooks.
• Develop and deliver sales presentations highlighting technical benefits of JC products for end-users, consultants, PMC, channel partners and contractors.
• Negotiate offers and contracts, including legal and finance terms, per the approval matrix.
• Establish and nurture relationships with end-users, consultants, contractors, architects, and others.
• Research market changes and competitive landscape to anticipate impacts on sales.
• Analyze cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and present comprehensive solutions.
