Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience selling Fire Alarm products.
• Experience handling customer accounts in Datacenter industry.
• Strong understanding of GTM strategies for Fire Alarm products for Data Center accounts.
• Preferred understanding of cooling plant and related accessories for Datacenter sites.
• Strong market connections in AZ with leading fire and construction consultants & contractors.
• Proficient in techno-commercial negotiation and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; proactive with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for the Fire Alarm range in the assigned region and target vertical accounts.
• Achieve the assigned annual operating plan and sales targets.
• Provide accurate forecasts for month, quarter, and year; manage & forecast sales pipeline.
• Deliver sales presentations highlighting technical benefits of JC products to customers, consultants, and partners.
• Negotiate offers and contract terms with appropriate approvals per policy.
