Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Service Technician to diagnose and repair fire alarm and life safety systems at customer sites. You will read blueprints, interpret submittals, and apply troubleshooting procedures while delivering outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of experience with low voltage systems, NICET III preferred, ability to lift 50–70 lbs, and willingness to travel and work on-call.

Formación

• 5–10 years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems.
• NICET III Level III certification – Strongly Preferred
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and manuals.
• Knowledge of test equipment, multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices.
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Receive service calls from Service Resource Center and document issues.
• Contact customer representative and ascertain equipment problems.
• Diagnose problems and perform service on fire alarm and life safety systems at customer sites.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures and refer to manuals and bulletins to repair equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specs and manuals to support repairs.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
