Expertise in troubleshooting, strong customer service, and the ability to work on-call and travel as needed are essential. The role involves manual labor and using smartphones and laptops for documentation and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience with fire alarm, access control, security intrusion, and related life safety systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls and diagnose equipment malfunctions in fire alarm and life-safety systems.
• Perform service, troubleshooting, installation, and repairs at customer sites.
• Read blueprints and technical manuals to support repairs and programming.
• Provide high levels of customer service and document work accurately.
