Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks experienced field service professionals to diagnose, repair, and install fire alarm and security systems at customer sites. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot equipment, and provide high-quality service with strong customer communication.

The role requires physical ability for field work, flexible hours including weekends, and ability to travel as needed. A NICET II or technical training background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience with fire alarm, access control, security intrusion, sound and communications systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams and specifications.
• A good working knowledge of computers is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls from Service Resource Center and obtain problem details.
• Diagnose problems and perform service and repairs on fire alarm and related building systems at customer sites.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications; organize and document tasks.
