Job summary

Fortis Fire & Safety is recruiting an Account Executive to join our Fire Alarm team in Boynton Beach, FL. The role focuses on developing and maintaining client relationships while delivering tailored fire alarm and low voltage solutions, including new installations and tenant improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of sales experience in fire alarm systems, knowledge of Florida codes, and strong CRM and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience selling fire alarm systems/services.
• Familiarity with Florida fire codes (NFPA 72, FBC).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet driving eligibility requirements including a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers focusing on Fire Alarm and low voltage installation services.
• Identify and pursue installation opportunities including new construction, tenant improvements, system upgrades/retrofits, and integrated low voltage projects (access control, mass notification).
• Coordinate cross-functional solutions with internal teams (sales, estimating, project management).
• Conduct site surveys, cold calls, and presentations to contractors, property managers, and end users to generate leads.
