Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a high-performing fintech sales hunter to drive net-new revenue in the payments and retail technology space. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focused on building pipeline and closing new logos, working remotely.

The role requires 5+ years of quota-carrying sales in payments/POS, experience selling physical terminals, and a proven ability to develop ISV relationships and close net-new business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales in payments/POS.
• Experience selling physical payment terminals/POS hardware.
• Proven success developing and closing payment business with ISVs.
• Hunter with track record of building pipeline and closing net-new business.
• Established network within the payments/ISV ecosystem.
• Experience managing complex, long-cycle sales from prospecting through close.
• Must be an established, hands-on IC with a recent quota carry.
• Software and recurring-revenue solutions experience.
• Experience with VAR, ISO, processor, or channel partnerships.
• Understanding of payment integrations and technical sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
