Goodwin Recruiting seeks a high-performing fintech sales hunter to drive net-new revenue in payments and retail technology. This hands-on, individual contributor role focuses on pipeline and closing new business with ISVs and merchants.

Remote work with a strong emphasis on quota attainment and long sales cycles. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in payments/POS, a background selling payment terminals/hardware, and an established ISV network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in payments/POS.
• Experience selling payment terminals/hardware.
• Strong experience selling to ISVs.
• Proven hunter with a track record of building pipeline and closing net-new business.
• Established network within the payments/ISV ecosystem.
• Experience managing complex, long-cycle sales from prospecting through close.
• Must be an established, hands-on IC with recent quota-carrying experience.

Director of Sales Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in payments/POS
• Required experience selling payment terminals/hardware
• Strong experience selling to or through ISVs
• Proven hunter with a track record of building pipeline and closing net-new business
• Established network within the payments/ISV ecosystem
• Experience managing complex, long-cycle sales from prospecting through close
• Must be an established, hands-on individual contributor with a recent track record of personally carrying quota, building pipeline and closing business. This opportunity is best suited for a career individual contributor rather than someone transitioning from Director-level or senior sales leadership back into an IC role.
