Job summary

Member Driven Technologies in Great Falls, MT seeks a senior Partnerships and Business Development leader to grow fintech relationships and revenue with credit unions. You will manage partnerships from evaluation to delivery, coordinate with product, sales, and delivery teams, and drive new opportunities while maintaining partner performance and value.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in partnerships, business development, vendor management, account management, fintech, or related fields.
• Credit union, financial services, fintech, or technology services experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success building business relationships, negotiating agreements, identifying revenue opportunities, and moving opportunities from discussion to commitment.
• MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Emerging Solutions, Premier Partnerships, and other fintech relationships from evaluation through ongoing relationship management.
• Negotiate partnership agreements and pricing, coordinate internal approvals, and track revenue, renewals, opportunities, and partner performance.
• Lead the business side of partner evaluation, due diligence, agreement negotiation, and onboarding, working with the appropriate MDT teams along the way.
• Stay involved as the vendor relationship contact during implementation when business questions or broader partnership opportunities arise.
