Job summary

Silvur seeks a Client Success specialist to partner with 30+ credit union accounts, driving product adoption and enablement while building scalable training programs and repeatable playbooks. You will manage onboarding end-to-end and support ongoing partner health with data-informed engagement strategies.

You will collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to improve member outcomes, using Claude and other AI-first tools to scale delivery and support a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, marketing or product specialist roles
• Startup experience preferred; you're comfortable with ambiguity and building process where none exists
• Experience collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions
• Comfort with Claude, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Asana, Canva+ and AI-first tools

Responsibilities

• Serve as a partner contact for Silvur's digital education & data platform across all active credit union partners
• Design and deliver scalable training programs for staff, in-branch teams, and executive stakeholders
• Build repeatable enablement materials, playbooks, and resources for a large partner portfolio
• Support 30+ credit union partners, responding to product questions and program optimization
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and materials to surface adoption gaps and celebrate wins
• Help deepen product usage within existing accounts
• Lead onboarding end-to-end with a structured, education-first approach
• Coordinate timelines, training delivery, and onboarding documentation across teams
• Surface insights from data and translate feedback into product/process improvements
• Collaborate with operations, product, and marketing to improve member outcomes
